4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed or sliced
1 Taylor Farms Pad Thai Stir Fry Kit
1 Package Pad Thai noodles
4 Tbsp cooking oil, divided
Salt & pepper to taste
Sliced lime wedges
Salted roasted peanuts
Asian coriander to taste
Cook Pad Thai noodles according to package instructions.
Season chicken generously with salt and pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in stir fry wok over high heat. Stir fry chicken until seared with nice golden colour and cooked through. Set aside to rest while finishing the stir fry.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in stir fry wok over high heat. Open Taylor Farms Pad Thai Stir Fry Kit and set aside dressing packet. Toss contents of bag into the hot wok and stir fry for a few minutes until the veggies begin to soften.
Add the sauce packet and continue to toss while the veggies caramelize. Add in pad Thai noodles and chicken and toss together until everything is evenly coated with sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy with Thai garnishes including: lime wedges, peanuts, bean sprouts and springs of Asian coriander.
