Cauliflower Rice


1 bag Taylor Farms Diced Cauliflower

1 Tbsp olive oil or butter

1 Tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley

Juice of ½ lemon

Salt to taste


Warm olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Stir in cauliflower & sprinkle with a little salt.

Cover & cook for 5 to 7 minutes until cauliflower is as tender as you like.

Spoon the cauliflower into a large serving bowl, garnish with the parsley, sprinkle with the lemon juice and season to taste with salt.

Serve warm.
