1 bag Taylor Farms Kale and Spinach
4 slices of Multigrain bread
Slices of smoked Salmon
2 poached eggs
Dill (if you like)
Toast bread and spread with a generous amount of cream cheese.
Top with slices of smoked Salmon, a generous pile of power greens.
Place poached eggs on top. Garnish with fresh dill and capers.
