1 bag Asian Chopped Kit
450g boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
½ Red capsicum, diced
1 Tbsp cooking oil
4 Leaves of lettuce
In a large non-stick pan medium heat, add 1 Tbsp cooking oil and cook chicken for 3 minutes.
Add the diced red capsicum, cook until chicken is no longer pink. Set aside.
In a large salad bowl pour Taylor Farms Asian Chopped Kit with all the components, reserve dressing.
Toss the salad ingredients, capsicum and chicken. Add dressing and mix well. Spoon filling into open lettuce leaves.
