Mediterranean Crunch Chopped Salad With Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
1 Package Taylor Farms Mediterranean Crunch Chopped Kit
1 Can chickpeas
1 Cup cherry tomatoes
1 Avocado
Directions
Air Fry or Bake your chickpeas at 190C for 15 minutes (season to your likings). While those are cooking, slice the tomatoes and avocado.
Assemble the Chopped Kit with the dressing and toppings. Finish off by adding the chickpeas, tomatoes, and avocado. ENJOY!
