½ Cup of Taylor Farms Spinach
1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
½ cup coconut milk
1 ½ Cups fresh mixed berries
1 cup granola
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Grab an ice block mould.
In a blender, puree the banana, pineapple and water until smooth.
Fill the mould ½ way with the fruit mix.
Put the rest of the mix back on the blender, throw in the spinach and blend up until the spinach is pureed.
Fill your ice block mould with the rest of the fruit mix, giving two colourful layers.
Cover mould, add sticks and freeze overnight. They will keep in the freezer for up to 8 weeks.
